BaxterBet Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Neroblanko Tech B.V. (company number 164789), the operator of baxterbet.com, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under licence number OGL/2024/790/0272, issued 29 July 2024. This agreement governs account registration and use, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using the service, you accept these terms in full. If you don’t accept them, you must not use the service.

About us and licensing

BaxterBet is operated by Neroblanko Tech B.V., registered in Curaçao under company number 164789. The company holds Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/790/0272, issued on 29 July 2024 and tied by Certificate of Operation to the domain baxterbet.com. The same licence covers casino, live casino and sportsbook verticals on a single account. The governing law of this agreement is the law of the company’s country of incorporation, and the English-language version of these terms prevails in all cases.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by your jurisdiction, to register an account. Residents of the following jurisdictions are not permitted to register or play: the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands, Curaçao and the Dutch West Indies, France and French overseas territories, Israel, Lithuania, Gibraltar, Jersey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Ukraine, as well as jurisdictions on the FATF blacklist and greylist. Only one account per person, household, IP address and device is permitted; duplicate accounts may be closed and associated bets voided. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it current. We carry out identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal and may repeat this process at any time. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these terms.

Deposits and withdrawals

We accept deposits by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, XRP and Bitcoin Cash. Deposits by card and mobile pay are processed instantly; cryptocurrency deposits are credited on network confirmation. Only payment instruments registered in your own name may be used; shared, business, corporate and family accounts are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal is between €50 and €120 depending on your country of residence and chosen payment method, and we process withdrawal requests on our side within up to 3 business days, after which the payment institution’s own delivery time applies. Withdrawals are returned to the method used for the original deposit where possible; for card-funded accounts we may pay amounts up to the total deposited as a refund against those card transactions, with any excess paid by an alternative method. Wins above €10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000 until the full amount is settled. Withdrawal limits apply per day, week and month; the applicable ceiling is shown in the cashier and rises with your loyalty rank. Before any withdrawal is processed, your deposited funds must have been wagered at least three times, as required under our anti-money-laundering obligations, and your account must have passed KYC verification. Intermediary banks may apply charges on bank transfers in exceptional cases, limited to the equivalent of €16; no other withdrawal fee is charged by us.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, but the following standard conditions apply across the platform unless a promotion states otherwise. The standard wagering requirement is 40x the bonus amount; the HighRoller bonus carries a 35x requirement and the Sunday Reload carries a 20x requirement. During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet is €5 on slots and €10 on live games, including doubled bets and purchased bonus rounds. The maximum cashout from any bonus is 10x the bonus amount; winnings from no-deposit offers are capped at €50. Bonus validity is 14 days from receipt, reduced to 7 days for Welcome Package bonuses. Game contributions toward wagering are: slots 100%, Buy Feature 50%, Live Roulette 10%, Blackjack 10%; Instant Win, Table Games, Scratch, Live Games and Originals contribute 0%. Bonus funds are sticky, meaning real-money funds are played first and withdrawal is unavailable until wagering is complete. Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time. We reserve the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where we identify abuse, including multiple accounts, shared payment instruments, or systematic advantage play.

Responsible gambling

We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion closes your account immediately upon request. Note that deposit limits cannot be applied to cryptocurrency deposits; alternative limit tools are available for those payment methods. Dispute resolution

To raise a complaint, contact our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected] . The support department will handle your complaint and escalate it where it can’t be resolved immediately; you’ll be kept informed of the status throughout. Server logs and records are the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim. If a complaint can’t be resolved at management level, you may escalate it to any independent body, gaming authority or the Curaçao Gaming Authority as the licensing regulator. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Where a change is significant, we’ll notify you by email using the address held on your account, and updated terms take effect no earlier than two weeks after that notification. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
